Industrial Integration Development Strategy of Future Science and Technology Parks in New Urban Areas:A Case Study of Xiong'an New Area ZGC Science Park 

In the era of globalization and informatization, science and technology parks, as important engines of regional economic development, play a crucial role in promoting technological advancement and industrial upgrading by integrating resources such as industry, talent, finance, policy, scenarios, and space. This paper takes the Xiong'an New Area ZGC Science Park New Area as a case study to analyze its implementation measures in driving the high-quality development of the "City of the Future." It explores how science and technology parks can identify new industrial growth points, drive regional industrial development, and leverage industrial cluster effects. Based on actual operational cases, this paper proposes strategies such as enhancing hardware and service functions, strategically planning key industries in the park, and building an "technics internal circulation" ecosystem for technology enterprises. These strategies aim to find new growth points for enterprise technological innovation amid the global economic downturn, efficiently concentrate regional resources, and provide a reference for new cities or cities with weak industrial foundations in technological innovation and industrial development.
